Prisons should use all available resource to boost capacity. Such as doubling up in a cell, and spending more time outside of their cell if needed. A stopgap measure to help deal with immediate issues while creating new detainment spaces, camps even, to enable any processes such as detainment of those we cannot immediately deport, which if under effective governance would not be a long wait.
Ofcourse it also goes without saying to deport those that we can in our prisons to create space, release political prisoners and petty crimes over the pathetic “hate speech” laws.
