Make Political Subversion a Crime

I can imagine this raises some alarm bells from backdoor censorship to something which would be problematic to define but so many of the problems that we have dealt with as a nation over the last 20yearshave been from the politically active framing policy, debate and bruacratic process to hide it’s true intentions.

While there is an argument to be had that having this deceptive ability is needed in the international sphere, domestically its only purpose is to circumvent the democratic process and manipulate the electorate some example are;

framing of migrant sex crimes in terms of total numbers as opposed as a per capita while not acknowledging the elevated rate.

Suggesting that normal concerns over demographics is racist to scare the public from engaging.

misrepresenting the identity of attackers for political purposes (Axel the Welsh man)

lying over the efficacy of mRNA data while holding a sham enquiry to prevent real accountability

utilising education to present radical ideas as the norm.

These are a free examples but the entire political establishment works on half truths and distortions, there has to be some form of legal penalty to deter this corrupt behaviour.

Once we have reversed all the damage of the past few decades, and got the country back to reality, we must ensure that no future government can do so much damage again. We must either return to the Magna Carta or another written constitution. We must also restore the Constitutional Common Law Trial by jury system which gives the public the ability to annul government legislation that is not in the common interest. We must also educate the people to understand what rights they have so they can stand up to government, and through trial by jury, stop government when it needs to be stopped. Judges should once again be just administrators guiding the jury rather than the makers of the law as they have bcome.

Exactly this, we must write our Modern day Magna Carta in stone and have it mandatory to teach at schools and to always uphold it. The police force will always keep to the guidelines behind it.
I would like to see a full nationwide interaction with this, because it affects everyone, no matter how they think of feel about politics. As to loosely quote someone of the past, “You may not be interested in politics, but politics is certainly interested in you”, so I feel it must be a moment where can come together to define a new Magna Carta which holds similar rights to the old but to factor in all that we have learned since and futureproof it like America did with theirs.

I agree in principle. However drafting such legislation will be tricky, but not impossible.

What is important is, in the event we have power, we would likely want to keep such ability for ourselves, but prohibit our political opponents from using it in the future. As a result it’s the sort of legislation that should be passed at the end of an election cycle, where it appears our political adversaries are likely to gain control.

Keep in mind, our political adversaries have been in power for decades. We have to be mindful that what we have seen (for some of us our entire lives) is the weaponisation of the state by our adversaries, these gaps and tactics have served them well, but could also serve us well, when we seize control.

Yes and no, this is a law that would need to be the cherry on top to prevent us going through this again but, the question of labour as even being a legitimate opposition is something that should be focused on.

Any government that comes into power should be looking to pursue criminal charges against MP regardless if it’s retroactive and so requires legislation to be passed making previous acts illegal.

You cannot have any recovery if there is no punishment for what has happened as any law that is passed will be subverted if there is not a cost placed on those who have already subverted previously. “it wasn’t illegal at the time” goes against the spirt of law and so warrants punishment beyond bad press.

In the same light as someone accusing us of being a racist doesn’t make us a racist, accusing us of being a tyrant doesn’t make us a tyrant. Facilitating the ethnic displacement of an indigenousness population and/or the cover up of child rapes needs to carry the worst punishment available.

i think realistically any government coming in would need to repeal Blair legislation, change the rules on elections making an exception to delay it for 5 years, giving us 10 years for a Nuremberg style enquiry, which will include oversight by American judges to prevent accusations of bias. I think the outcome being prison sentences and death penalties with the allowance for amnesty if guilty parties can exposes lies with verifiable evidence.

So much of this crap is based on the fact this is considered normal, purge them all mps and media alike, the people will support this action if you can connivingly expose the corruption. Have this as the new ground-zero with legislation against subversion would change the social dynamic where you wouldn’t even need to make it a crime.
