So then, we have found out that Ben Habib’s new party is indeed now known as Advance UK, and that it has also gathered many new members within this morning alone.
I did see in an X post by Basil about how Rupert has not decided to join it (yet?), but we will have to see what occurs with him. Rupert created a separate movement with an entity that seeks to be what I believe will work in tandem with Advance UK, noting that it has the potential to morph into something else in the future if it is required as per Rupert’s words.
I know I need to get reading some of the policies behind it, and there are some videos going out recently by certain YouTube accounts to chat about it, Tousi TV I think has one? Then we have Paul Thorpe’s channel talking of it too, and surely some others.
Thoughts?
(I typed this days ago and it was just going through approval to be posted, so some parts are dated back a few days)
Edit 2: Corrected some bits to be more accurate, like noting what Rupert’s Restore Britain movement is.
Perhaps there is hope yet… an unscientific poll on Twitter to be sure, but I suspect this tracks. We need to bridge the gap between Advance and UKIP and we would be a force that Reform would have to reckon with.

Ah yes, I saw that poll earlier, voted for Advance UK as expected.
I do have an admiration for UKIP though, I hope there can be some communication between the two parties for sake of cohesion and partnership in some manner.
I believe that the traction of Advance UK will be steady, and with Rupert being nearby in ideology and followers of his will likely gravitate to Advance UK if Rupert doesn’t convert his Restore Britain entity to a party, but we would also then get a partnership of great traction if he does ever convert it. The Restore & Advance Britain Party (RABP), or perhaps a RAUK Party if you jumble the words, depends how people feel.
I know some people theorise about Rupert somehow being offered the Tory party and converting it into a true Conservative party, but I don’t think the current Tories are willing for that. I should be calling them the LibDems as we know the Tories is infiltrated with them.
Let us watch and wait, humble beginnings with steady progress is welcome.
All these new parties; multi party democracy in FPTP doesn’t work.
I’d like to see advance uk adopt a policy of letting any party member run to be leader, that would let membership know that they actually have a voice unlike other parties that treat members like passengers on a train.
