How can we unite with our chosen people and find a suitable location to live safely? The government could provide grants and opportunities for people to build their own private communities. If not, they should at the very least not deliberately hinder such projects and actively seek reasons to attack that group on ‘diversity’ grounds.

Are there any existing “constitutions” for such communities?
South Africa has a history of this sort of Parallelism and even have a few success stories.
I would recommend looking into that regarding consitiutions.
There is a push now for Cape independence off this.
They do have a slight advantage that they have the Afrikaans language so they can create say a university which teaches only in Afrikaans then it is resistant to subversion from without.
Personally I am very pro a fall back option from this country and if that is a “run for the hills” equivalent where consolidation can happen that would be fine.
I would argue that throughout history the fall back position on the islands was the west country and Wales. Which should be replicated.
In the modern age its hard to avoid the eye of sauron but a partially hidden “Gondolin” may be a good answer. Somewhere that has no passing trade etc. some village in a valley would be an easy option. Preferably it could be 100% self sustaining.
Some good points. The run for the hills solution has largely been taken away from the vast majority. I believe that the flight reflex does not need to involve large distances. A small group can successfully relocate just off the radar quite close to towns with problems. The key is the people you chose to connect with.
