Criminal entered UK illegally-deportation stopped due to chicken nuggets - Judges to be held to account

An Albanian criminal who entered the UK illegally had his deportation stopped by a tribunal because his child did not like the taste of chicken nuggets abroad.

1.Why on earth do we have a judge taking into account chicken nuggets as a reason why the criminal should not be deported.
2.Judge’s need to be held accountable in matters where they have blatantly disregarded the full facts of the case, and making a mockery out of our judicial system - we need to name and shame in public.

The case below is discussed by a Barrister.

since Blair a huge amount of power has been given to the judiciary.
As he was a lawyer this is somewhat understandable, and likely what Starmer will continue to do.
Starkey talks about this a lot. That the rule of law was completely changed un Blair. And was removed from the hands of the people (jury).

There need to be an undoing of everything form 1997 onwards. This would fall under it.

The Conservatives could have started a process of undoing these ridulous laws including leaving the ECHR. They failed us all very badly.

I view this as 2 areas whilst we’re under the current regime they need to be held accountable for the two tier system of governance for damage limitation over the next 4 years.

Then when the new party is in power they start the process immediately for a complete overhaul.

100% they just conserved Blair’s cultural revolution.

I have a tangentially linked policy on this, after seeing your post and the exchange it made me write it down while I was still seething over it:

You’re not alone there James, I’m livid every time I learn of how those in power manipulate the population based on their own personal agendas with their deception.

The ‘blob’ needs to go and I would happily take on the fight to
remove them from power!

Ps not sure about the Liz Truss saga I understood the BOE had to intervene as the markets crashed due to uncertainty (I’m studying macroeconomics so will come to a conclusion when I put the peices together)

*Edit ps thank you for the link

The Great Repeal/Reform Act should repeal everything from the second Tony Blair entered No. 10 to present day.
The Great Brexit Act should repeal everything brought in whilst Country was in EU.
Do what Trump is doing in US, repeal it first, if something breaks, fix that.

This is why the UK needs a written constitution, and a bill of rights so we must ditch the human rights act ASAP, get rid of a Supreme Court return to our Common Law, remove ourselves from the jurisdiction of the European Courts completely.
