Current Known Issues:
- When using the ‘email me a log in link’ feature you are sent to the login page and not logged in. We will investigate this issue and hope to be able to fix it.
- When you get an email from us some providers give you a warning saying that the email may be a spoof or improperly forwarded. We may be able to fix this by checking/updating our DMARC/DKIM policies. However, we also recommend you ‘whitelist’ our emails so your email provider updates their algorithms to reduce or spam score - the more people who have whitelisted our emails the higher our trust score.
Past Issues (Fixed):
- 14/03/25: We have fixed the issue with Google Account logins. These are now working now, so you can register and login using the Google Account button.
