We will update this thread with any maintenance updates. We will also post here any minor changes to how the Policy Platform works. Any major changes will get their own thread.
May we please also take a moment to thank you for being involved and submitting your ideas. We have been blown away by the response, and we have been warmed by how constructive and helpful the community is.
Recent Updates
- Some community members were unable to post new policy suggestions (threads) because of an error message that would appear, after you had taken the time to write everything out. Thankfully your post was saved as a draft, but it wasn’t good enough to leave you unable to publish something you had worked hard on, for which we apologise. We think we have fixed the problem, which was happening because the system tried to post to the ‘Announcements’ channel, which you don’t have access to. We have made it so the system will now post to the ‘General and Other’ channel by default if no other channel is specified.
- We have updated our web address to forum.policyplatform.co.uk - if you have the old address as a bookmark please update it. There is a redirect system in place, but these things are not always perfect. Thank you for your patience whilst we carried out this update.
