Make all MP's answerable to thir local electorate. through referendum

At the end of every MP’s time in office, once they have retired, or been voted out, there needs to be a local referendum with regard to whether enough has been done by the MP to justify a Government pension for thier local towns or cities.
This then forces the MP to take very seriously their local constituency responsibilities even if they are nominated to the cabinet.
Every citizen who lives within their district should have received a hand shake and 1 question, “What can I do for you?” at least one. Those who are successful will receive their full pension. Thos who are not will need to make alternative arrangements.
This is a public service, if they have not successfully served the public what justifies making that character a ward of the state until the end of their days. It’s an elegant and easy fix way of keeping politicians honest. Oh and the word politic should be returned back to the Oxford dictionary with the original meaning. To lie or to decieve.
