Taspher's Proposal for a British Basic Law - Citizenship

Taspher’s Constitution Proposal
This is part of a series of threads I am making which cover the constitution of the UK and how we can fix it. You can find the main page for these threads here.

The Proposal

Explaination

Article 6: Defines citizenship as being a British Subject; outlaws the holding of dual nationalities; and limits who can get citizenship.

Article 7: Self-explanatory

Article 8: This is related to the Swiss constitution. The requirement for 25 or 50 character references is a compromise because I don’t think that a referendum is realistic for every person wanting naturalisation. There is a potential issue at people marrying for this lower requirement, maybe a requirement for a child would make sense here?

Article 9: I’m not sure if this is needed.

The UK is subject to democratic change and so far I have seen no provision for what a British subject should do in the case of a tyranny like the current labour administration which is one of the reasons that I am applying for dual citizenship with the Philippines. I have married a Filipino that I was in a relationship with for 5 years and can prove it.
It’s interesting, but where some see the privelidge of citizenship I see the right. I can trace my family back the the Carvetti Tribe in Roman Cumbria through blood. I should have the right to welcome my bride into that line withoud needing 25 witnesses. I have the genetic markers of British blood lines. However, My wife has a very similar herritage when it comes to her Cebuana heritage, a tribal group of the Isle of Cebu. Any child that we sire has that genetic right to both Britain and the Philippines and should be afforded the honour and the right of dual citizenship and so too should my grandchildren. This means that ancient bloodlines who may be chased out of the UK by bad politics will be free to return within the next 2 generations.
In the last 60 years we have seen just how week those family bonds can become as we have seen parents throw their own children out into the street and it has become all the more comon in modern years. Great Britain should always be called home by it’s people and should always be home to its people.
If you want to discuss my heritage there is a possibility that I could actually be related to St Patric and due to St Davids father migrating from southern sctoland… (Cumbria) its possible I could have blood ties with him.
Citizenship should be a difficult thing to get outside of marriage and the commitment to continue the line. It should be near impossible to loose. Becoming a British subject should be as simple as getting your passport stamped. It needs to be told a person entering the UK that they are subject to the Laws of Great Britain and Northern Ireland for the duration of their stay and so we should have a graded system. with the highest grade being awarded to a spouse awaiting citizenship.
This way, British citizenship can become a status symbol like the roman Citize or citizen of Rome distinctions. One thing from the MAgna Carta that should be applied to the basic freedoms of the UK, It needs to be enshrined once more that it is impossible for a British citizen to be made a slave in the UK by birthright. It should also be held over from the Magna Carta that a person who steps upon British soil is automatically no longer a slave. That all slavery in the UK is impossible and the police need to interviene immediately.
But any child of mine and my wife will be a Bitish Citizen and a Filippino. No Government should ever have the right to remove birthright. Who are governemnt? they are elected caretakers. In my old school it was the matriarchs and the patriarch who set the rules and the standard of education. The caretaker unblocked toilets and replaced doors.
