Explaination
This part is mostly a recitation of how things currently work. The main difference is that, firstly, it limits the number of Cabinet positions to those defined by this act and explicitly stated in law, and secondly, it makes the Official Opposition automatic members of the Privy Council.
This Part also reinforces Parliament’s inherent impeachment power. There is technically a question mark as to whether Parliament can even impeach anymore because it has not done so in over 300 years. As such, it is important to reinforce the power by asserting it in legislation.
